If you can not get enough of huge robot Dino in the jungle, Sony now has the right game for you. However, the newly announced PS5 spin-off Horizon Call of the Mountain comes with a restriction.
PS5 spin-off for Horizon Forbidden West: But only in VR
Fans of large Robot Dino can already look forward to the release of Horizon Forbidden West on February 18, 2022. Sony, however, still puts on it and introduces the PS5 spin-off Horizon Call of the Mountain. However, to explore the futurist jungle, you have to get involved in the new Virtual Reality Headset PlayStation VR2.
Horizon Call of the Mountain is not a VR version of Horizon Zero Dawn or the successor Horizon Forbidden West. Instead, it should be a brand-new adventure that was specifically developed for VR glasses. Real gameplay shows the first trailer but not yet. However, you can admire a passing Robot Brachiosaurus from the First Personal view.
Horizon Call of the Mountain: spin-off with new hero
Horizon Call of the Mountain should also have a new protagonist. But fans do not need to prosper the previous heroine ally. She, too, should have an appearance in the VR adventure. However, a release date has not yet been announced. (Source: PlayStation Blog)
The PlayStation VR2 certainly does not have the most creative name. The VR glasses want to compensate for this with Tech Power. The haptic feedback of the PS VR2 Sense Controller should make the gaming experiences even more emotional and interactive. For more information you can watch the announcement on the PlayStation blog.
Horizon Forbidden West gets a VR spin-off. Currently, there is only a little information and almost no gameplay. However, with a VR headset, robot Dino could be even more impressive.
